enhancing flexibility and strengthening muscles
harmonization of body forces
calming the mind and thoughts
stimulation of energy flow
general health vitality
reduction of tension and toxins
inner balance and mental clarity
an awareness and thinking calming
In addition various breathing techniques, meditation techniques, diests and affirmations developed over the years.
Many yoga styles developed. Hatha - Yoga is a well-known style in the western world.
Yoga is neither a religion nor an esoteric movement.
Every person, regardless of age, origin or faith
can practice yoga.
WE ARE WHAT WE THINK.
EVERYTHING WE ARE IS CREATED BY OUR THOUGHTS.
WITH OUR THOUGHTS WE CREATE THE WORLD.
TALK OR HANDLE WITH PURE THOUGHTS,
AND HAPPINESS WILL FOLLOW YOU
LIKE A SHADOW THAT NEVER DIFFERS FROM YOU.
