Children today are often overwhelmed with all the impressions and the strong sensory overload. From an early age, they are confronted with a fast-paced, stressed out and materially oriented world.    

Superficiality, competition and competitive thinking many children often lead to disturbances of the "self-consciously to be": THE self-esteem.    

 

 

 

 

Also, for many parents the "best" parenting is not always easy. Often parents themselves overwhelmed in everyday life and frequent multiple pressures.

Yoga is a way to teach the child how it can strengthen itself. The child learns to feel itself better and learns to accept itself.  Important values are learned such as respect, caring treatment of itself and its environment, courage, strength, trust, openness, tolerance...   

 

 

 

Children's Yoga improves the flexibility of the child, the concentration and the recognition of periods of rest.
